 INTRODUCTION :  Chapter 4, THE JUDICIARY class 8 . This chapter mainly discussed about the government has 3 organs , they are the legislature , executive,  and judiciary. The legislature makes law , executive implements laws, judiciary interprets laws. The judiciary in india consist of the Supreme Court, high court,  subordinate courts.
